I believe every woman’s journey—whether through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or even years into motherhood—is sacred, unique, and deserving of respect. My mission is to help women embrace their strength, honor their experiences, and rebuild a sense of connection, particularly in today’s world, where navigating the highs and lows of motherhood can feel incredibly isolating.

While we hold deep respect for the Navajo Blessingway, we do not replicate it. Instead, we draw inspiration from a range of global traditions, always with cultural awareness and care, to create something meaningful and personal.

Every ceremony is shaped around the mother and her journey. It is about being held, being seen, and feeling prepared for what is ahead.

It can take place in the home of a family member or friend, in the comfort of the mother’s own home, or, weather permitting, in an outdoor setting. Holding the ceremony in the mother’s home has the added benefit of energetically and spiritually cleansing the space where she will soon be laboring, filling it with love and positive energy.
